I have a automatic 1989 2.8L V6 Camaro RS. The car starts when engine is cold or has been sitting for a few hours. If i start it like 10-30 min after already having been run, it idles rough and tends to die if i come to a stop sign. Then it just won't start unless i floor it while turning it on and goes back to rough idle and wanting to die. If i start it cold it drives fine but after like 10 min it idles rough at stop signs. Also the check engine light comes on and the rpms start to drop randomly. When that happens and I get to a stop sign. Again rough idle and rpm fluctuation then i accelerate and the rpm drops and it lags. I can't check the codes to see whats wrong because the check engine light only comes on when driving and turns off once you stop or turn car off then if you turn it back on its gone. Help please.
