Opinions on Street Fire ignition parts

I think my coil is going, it starts funny (sometimes it starts very fast, others it will take 5-6 seconds of cranking to fire, cold or hot) and ive had the car lose power at random times and even stall out a few times. The coil is very old, and looks shot, and id like to upgrade the ignition to get every last extra ounce of Oomph out of my 350. Ive read a few things on street fire (msd), everything said it was very good and well worth the money.

Id like to get the performance coil. It will plug into the stock bracket, is fairly inexpensive for a good coil, and sounds pretty good:

Id also like to get their 8 or 8.5mm spiral core plug wires too.

Has anyone tried street fire?

Or this coil or these plug wires? I have pretty much brand new bosch platinums in the car now.

Re: Opinions on Street Fire ignition parts

i have a streetfire coil on my firebird with the TBI 305 i would go with a better msd box though if i had to do it again, which i might in the near future. i have bosch platinums in my car right to but im swapping them back to delcos becasue i suspect the terminals coming loose on them and causing my misfire.
