So yesterday when I tried to turn on the car it took longer than usual becuase I had to constantly turn the key and hit the gas so that it can turn on and maintain the throttle so that it wouldn't die on me....

Then when I went to park to car, i turned the key like always and it made this weird noise......it kinda seemed like the engine didnt wanna turn off and then it just made like a noise that trains make when the come to a stop, like a loud hissing noise, it sounded bad, but idk what it really is or if i should be worried.

Just sounds like a little run-on, not really a worry unless it carries on for several seconds. Timing or idle mix maybe a little off, or there's a bit of hot carbon deposit stuck in a chamber somewhere. Given your description of how you have to start it, it's probably tune-up time.

Also sounded like a lifter or something ticking when you were in the car, but it seemed to disappear when you moved outside?
