86 Iroc-Z TPI to Carb

Whats up everybody. Need a little help for this coming income tax year. I'm planning on switching my 305 TPI to a 4BBL Carb next year and need some good advice on everything that I'm going to need. So far my research has led me to a couple items that I've been told are absolutely crucial for the change. I've quoted out an Accel 31035 Adjustable Vacuum Advance for around $30. I'm looking at a Weiand 8125P Street Warrior Intake mani for bout $200. And I've looked at a Edelbrock 1407 Performer Carb, equipped with Air Valve Secondaries with manual choke. I picked that one because it is very similar to that of the carb on my dad's 79 nova and he said they are pretty good. That I got quoted out for about $300. As far as those go, I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to get for the swap. Need some help. Would definitely appreciate any advise, opinions or suggestions for this. Thank you!
