Car: 1998 gmc truck

Engine: 5.7 L 350

timing???

Do i tighten both intake and exaust valves down to 0-lash + 1 turn on 98 gmc vortec on the compression stroke...? Or do the intakes first through the firing order then all the
exaust valves??
