I want to pick up a 350 block for my 84 Z28 (current L69) and slowly build myself a new engine over the next year or so. Would any of you guys buy one of these blocks/parts for a project like this? Or would you get any of the parts for my current L69 engine? Thanks guys

Yeah I'd buy those parts, the 2 bolt main engine has been bored 30 over so its not a 350 anymore its a 355, and the 4 bolt main for 25 more bucks could be a vette 350, I'd buy the TPI system and the valve train & heads, but That's just me I'm a TPI guy true the LT1 Setup would make more hp but I like TPI better, here's the combo I see that you could do, your choice.

1. TPI setup with heads on the 2 bolt main 350 bored .030 to 355 and valve train.
2. LT1 Setup with heads on the 4 bolt main 350 block and valve train.
