Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: T5
Bogs down and than wont start
So I have a 305 TBI after driving for awhile The power will completly cut out you will push the gas and the rpms just kinda flutter at 200 and nothing happens the car will than die and wont start. The car has a new cat, Distributor, Cap, rotor, fuel pump is about a year old, new fuel filter rebuilt TBI unit new ignition coil and switch new evap canister TPS IAC and MAP sensor. I am quite stumped so any input would be much appreciated.

Even though your fuel pump is only a year old , that is not absolute proof that it hasn't failed , only a fuel pressure test can tell you that .
I say this because it sounds like you are describing a fuel system that isn't getting fuel . Other possibilitys surely exist , but a fuel pressure test , being simple and easy , would be one of the first things on my list to check .....

Tonight I'm gonna have one of the mechanics at my work do one for me I'll post the results of it afterwards. I appreciate the input
