Check engine light comes on and speedometer stops working
I have a 1992 Z-28, 305 tpi and when the interior temperature of the car gets hot...over 90 deg F, the check engine light will come on and the speedometer will stop working. Does anybody have any suggestions......one time the security light was lit and would not start.....once cooled down over night it started and ran fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

you might check the ecm terminal connections . What is the code 24 ? If so check the ecm vss b9 and b10 of the ecm.
