Re: I was wondering
going by the power range, it looks like a good cam for a 3/4 ton 4X4 pickup. it would probably be a good cam for big smoky burnouts but will run out of steam just when the engine is starting to make cool noises..

Re: I was wondering
That cam looks like a small upgrade from stock. I actually think I had that one in my Nova when I first bought it, or at least one of very similar duration. Hated it and went to a 248/252 @ .050 in my new engine.
One thing to note is that cam was specifically designed for TPI engines so it'll work well if you're using the stock induction. That's the problem with TPIs, you can't get crazy with the duration, although I've seen high lift/short duration cams used with good results. Being on a 112 LSA and short duration I doubt you'd hear any overlap in the idle. It would drive mostly stock with a little more kick.

Re: I was wondering
Thanks and ofcourse I wouldn't pick a cam for sound. I'm most likely going to get a good cam for nitrous with stock heads until I go with a ls stroker motor
