Can I put a set of 3973370 Heads on my 305?

I'm building up my 305 TPI. It's been bored .30 over, forged crank and pistons, Edelbrock intake, headers, and upgraded airflow and injectors. Was just wondering if anyone new if I could put these headers on my engine. The casting number # is 3973370 they have a 64cc chamber with 1.94/.150 valves. These were over the counter heads for a 350 and were manufactured on Canadian Pontiacs around '69 or '70.

1.94/1.50 valve heads should have no problem fitting on a 305. Do the heads have accessory bolt holes. Without them, you won't be able to attach your alternator etc without fabbing up some other sort of mounts.

Wow. I can't believe I missed that. They only have one hole on each side. I guess I could have the other holes drilled in right? Its these or a set of 416 heads. The 416 heads are ready to go out of the box minus a P&P job whereas the 3370"s would need the accessory holes drilled and then a whole head job being they are bare bones. Wondering which one would flow better. The 3370's are $200 bare and the 416's are $180 ready to go stock with 1.94/1.50 valves and these heads have been fully machine with 3 angle valve job and come with new valves and springs.
