picked up a gm 5.7 roller with weird bearing sizes

motor looks to have never been apart

all rod bearings are .0005 with a date of 6/87 with gm stamp

mains standard except one is .0006 dated 6/87 with gm stamp

all other mains dated 5/87

and it a roller

"Select-fit" accommodates wear of the crank grinding stone to get the desired final clearance for the oil film. Dates not matching means nothing, all the bearings were mass-produced well in advance of final engine assembly. Nothing weird here.
