92 camaro rs lacking power

Ok I have asked for help here before regarding my 92 camaro and now I find myself here again asking for help and input
I have replaced all the vacuum lines and the gaskets down to the intake manifold
now when I drive her it feels like there is drag on the engine....(feels like someone riding the brakes) there is lack of power when climbing the smallest of hills. I have never had that problem before no power and loosing speed in the climb.
Also in the short 45 minute to hour drive the service engine light came on and shortly after started backfiring when stepping on the gas to increase speed.
When I returned home I pulled the codes and they are as follows.........
code 44 lean exhaust
code 45 rich exhaust
I went through and re checked all the work I have done and nothing was loose or out of place so to speak
Does anyone out there in the Third Gen world have any ideas or suggestions for me???
Thank you

I'd vote for a bad O2 sensor.

check fuel pressure and the rubber line between the pump and feed line in the tank. I had a 89 camaro that had a slit in that line and it felt like it was towing a trailer and would die all the time. Plus it would turn the exhaust from the cat to the muffler bright orange. Checked pressure and it was at like 5psi after that line was fixed the lean code went away and it ran perfect.
