I have a 700r tranny that slips a lil bit and cannot afford to rebuild it. Should i throw a shift kit in it?

they sell the parts to make them fit (rear end wise)
I personally found it cost effective to change the redo
ar because I wanted to put a 4th gen style wheel.

they sell taller gears to fit here and on summit. (I heard it winds a bit) or a complete carrier will do the trick.

Then get that fixed before even thinking of spending money to make more hp.
No, if it's slipping already, a shift kit won't help you.
Fill out your profile or tell us where you're located. Hopefully somebody can steer you to a shop near you that's compentent in rebuilding 700r/4L60's.
