More Engine Help...0psi Compression

Hello again guys,
So after I finally put a new crank in with matched bearings, with around .0015-.0020 on rods and mains according to plastigage. Now all the engine does is turn over. Has gas, has spark. Doesn't even try to start. No compression. Literally. 0 frickin psi in #1 cylinder, and I'm assuming in the rest as well. What in the hell could cause this? Engine had low oil pressure because I forgot the galley plugs, do I need to reset valve lash? I bought a new timing gear and set it at the special "magical" 4* advance the box recommends I do...lined up the dots etc. What is going on?

Thanks in advance for the advice and for listening to my whining
