I have looked at a bunch of other posts concerning this issue, but most of them had modified components. Here's my deal.

89 Camero RS V8. Manual transmission. All original. 80,000 miles. It has not been driven on a regular basis for the past few years. I usually start it once a month.

Starts great. Idles good at first. I take it down the road, come to a stop. It will idle around 1,000 and then start to bounce from 500 - 1000 a few times then stall. Other than the idle issue, it runs fine.
