Running rich fouling plugs please help

I have a 350 tpi bored .030 over with stock crank and heads and a high rise cam when it's running I have black smoke out tail pipes a d the plugs are covered in fuel would the big cam cause too much fuel to enter the chamber and flood the plugs? Car runs and drives just have a lot of black smoke and have to change plugs out once a month

is the CTS working? if it's reading a cold engine, you're gonna dump fuel in there...

Is it map of maf? If map, check for the proper vacuum hose connection.
If maf, try cleaning it.
Check fuel pressure & bleed down rate.
Make sure the ign. timing is right. Double check all the ground wires near the firewall, there are for the ecm.
You might need programing w/ that cam. Tpi engines like certain types of cams, you shouldn't cam them like a carb engine. Whats the cam specs?
