ICM Symptoms
Have a rebuilt 350 TPI and it has a slight miss. The miss is mostly noticable when it is revved in nuetral. Does it when engine is hot or cold, I also noticed that it cranks over a little longer before firing up than it ever used to (only by 2 seconds or so). It almost feels to me like timing because it presents itself as a vibration, but timing is at 6 degrees BTDC. Also has new cap rotor, wires, and plugs.
My question is could this be a bad ICM issue. I thought if an ICM was bad it either ran or didn't, or symptoms would only occur when hot.
