Fuel Sending Unit - Pressure Line Connection
I am about ready to drop my fuel tank and replace the pump and sending unit. My only question is about the special hard line/rubber line that connects to the end of the pressure line on the sending unit and ties into the hard line running to the fuel filter. It seems to be a dealer item, but the dealer is unable to get it anymore. Does anyone have and specs on this line? I was thinking maybe I could use one of those steel braided lines instead?? Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Re: Fuel Sending Unit - Pressure Line Connection
The fittings are most likely 16mm Saginaw with o-rings. If so need two of these:
9894DBJ Female 16mm x 1.5" to -6: Fuel Injection Female "O" Ring Seal
They go on the ends of the hard line to provide a -6 AN male end. Can then use a section of -6 PTFE hose with -6 hose ends to connect.

Thanks man. I will see what I can come up with. Really didn't want to try the generic hose and clamp deal.
