Gas spitting out when filling

So after getting my gas tank changed over with a stock tank and new neck, if I try to fill it with gas full speed at the pump it stops and spits gas back out the spout. Do I just need to adjust the two openings above the spout?

If the tank can't vent very well fuel will come back up the fill spout.

How would I adjust that? Just the two openings on the filler tube?

I'm thinking the holes need to be larger you may have to pull the tank and install a barb an vent hose from the top of the tank to the top of the fill inlet

The tank should have vents, are the connected? Or are the capped?

Re: Gas spitting out when filling

I thought there is just a vent valve in conjunction with the ccp. So when the ccp solenoid opens it draws air through the vent valve and vapor out of the ccp canister into a ported passing in the tb ?
