Ignition Switch Mechanical Problem 92 RS

Didn't have a lot of luck searching this issue so hopefully I am in the right forum. I am having trouble with my key when I turn it to off/lock. It doesn't want to go into or come out of the the lock position. That is, it feels like it is jamming up. In a normal lock, I would say it is a problem with the lock cylinder and pins. But, I don't know how this assembly is built with the lock mechanism (ala the little push button) interacting with the lock cylinder.
Soooooo,

First question, does this sound like a matter of just replacing the lock cylinder?

Second question, if something more, anybody got an assembly diagram for it?

Third question, where is the best place to get a new lock cylinder and/or other mechanical parts that go in there with it?

I did try my spare keys and although marginally better, the same problem. I also used lock lube but without any luck.

Thanks.......
