Just wondering would it be bad if I were to mix Mobil1 High mileage 5w-30 Full Synthetic Oil with a bottle of Lucas Oil stabilizer??

Pretty much...
Synthetic oil doesn't need "stabilizing". Just use the right oil weight and be done with it. I'd suggest 10W-30, in Mobil1.

Lucas is pretty much just thick tacky dino oil.
You will be degrading the Mobil1 by adding Lucas to it.
About the only time I would use Lucas in an anything is if it was on its last legs and smocking/knocking. It might buy a little more time.
Mobil1 High Mileage is great oil, you don't need to add anything to it.
