Efe Help pictures please!!!
So ive been looking for the efe for like 2 days now i cant seem to find it any help and picture would be appreciated im working with a 1984 camro z28 5.0 with a stock 305.. but i need to connecct the efe to the vacuum line.

it is located on your thermostat housing.

It's connected to a metal vacuum line that runs from the valve up to the top/passenger side of the engine. Between the hose nipple on the EFE valve and the metal line there is a short piece of high temp vacuum line that connects them. Regular rubber vacuum line will degrade quickly that close to the hot exhaust.
I will also point out that if you wish to eliminate the EFE valve you can use the open metal "donut" that is used on later TPI engines (which do not used an EFE valve). It takes up the same space and performs the same function of connecting the pass. exhaust manifold to the y-pipe as your EFE valve does, but it's just an open metal donut. Flat on one side (to exhaust manifold outlet) and flared on the other (to the down-pipe).

Look between the outlet of the passenger side exhaust manifold and the Y pipe.
