3 wires need help got pictures

need some help please i got 3 wires that i dont know where they go two are black and on the passenger side the other is orange and on the drivers side.

The connector in the first pic only fits the fan switch in the head or the knock sensor at bottom of the block (on pass side )
The black wire with the lug ( 2nd pic ) would be a ground somewhere

can you post a picture of where the fan switch is located!! i know its the fan switch
