Car Jerking at Low Speed 305 Tpi

I've got an 85 Z28 305 TPI. Its an automatic. Car has been jerking at low rpms it does it with my foot barely on the throttle, I give it more gas and it seems to go away. Very noticeable when the car is cold, not so noticeable when it is warmed up. The jerking is pretty aggressive when the engine is still cold.
It has new plugs, wires, rotor and cap. Replaced the idle air control valve, throttle position sensor, fuel filter. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Car runs great otherwise.

Is it gear-independent or is it when in Overdrive only?

It doesn't occur when in OD just when driving 30 mph or less.

Don't you still have that cold start injector? Maybe there's an issue with that.
Would be nice to have a datalog from when the issue occurs.

Happening only when cold... maybe there's a fuel mixture problem, being either too rich or too lean. In combination with slight pedal pressure... maybe your TPS is not adjusted correctly.
Otherwise there may be a stuck injector, so you could check their resistance and validate that concern.
