i am building my 355 engine and am leaving it a tbi and dont want to just take a chance and buy a chip for it because i need it to pass emissions and was wondering about possible other ways i can fine tune my engine. i am putting vortec heads on it, performance gm intake, headers a good cam, 0.030 over should have around 9:8:1 compression and im using a 50mm throttle body with 90lb injectors. any ideas? megasquirt? i am looking for something $500 and cheaper

Yes, megasquirt. You'll have to build it yourself to stay within your $500 budget.
