Engine turns, but won't start
Hi guys!
I have a 1986 Camaro Z28. It has a V6 2.8. I don't know very muc about Camaros but I know the basics when it comes to repairing a vehicle. I bought her very recently and one day out of no where she started bucking really hard and then the engine shut off. I haven't been able to get her to start since. I changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. I checked the fuel pressure and I dont have any pressure unless I hot wire the fuel pump. I have fuel getting to the throttle body, but like I said, not good enough unless I hot wire the fuel pump. And I checked all the spark plugs and cleaned them and they're good. I tried the starter fluid trick and jumped the battery. She's trying really hard, but I just cant get her to turn over. Does anyone have any advice for me so I can get her back on the road?
