GTA ran before storage 4 mon. ago, now doesn't have spark. Pick up coil?

Put my GTA 350 in storage 4 months ago. Ran fine back then. Go to start it up today and it won't fire. Turns out i don't have spark coming out of the distrib.

I took off the ICM after i put it away so i could get it tested at some point because i think it was starting to give me issues. But i put everything back together correctly and triple checked the connections.

I have spark coming from my coil to my distrib, but the spark doesn't make it down to the plug wires.

The ICM connector looks kind of suspicious to me. It's got electrical tape around it, and the connector is green with corrosion. Cleaned off the corrosion and still no difference.

I've had some ignition trouble last year a few times. Ended up replacing cap, rotor, ICM, and at the beginning of the year i did plugs and wires.

Is there a sure way to test the pick up coil/distributor?

Have you checked your battery voltage first ?

To test the pickup coil disconnect it from the icm and hook up a vom and set to acv.
As the Engine is cranking, the AC Voltage readings should fluctuate between .3 Volts and 1.8 Volts A/C.
