Dart IE 200 VS TFS 195 heads

I can't seem to find much information on the old Dart Iron Eagle 200cc heads (the old design; not platinum or pro 1). I have a used set laying around with relatively low miles but I also have a set of new Trick Flow Super 23 195cc aluminum heads. I kind of wanted to save the Trick Flows for another vehicle but if they are significantly better than the Darts I'm willing to use them.

Motor is a 355, anywhere from 9.7-9.8 depending on which head I use. Solid roller 230/236 .550/.550. It's going into a 3700lb C1500 with a 5 speed and 4.10s.

Which heads is better? (I assume the TFS heads are but is the power difference going to be worth using them on this motor)?

I used the old (pre-platinum) Iron Eagles on several engines over the years. always in 200cc intake size. They're good, but not great heads. Probably not quite the equal of the Trick Flows, but probably not far behind, either. The weight savings of the Trick Flows is the real differentiator, in my my opinion, but that's always true of aluminum heads vs. cast iron.

Thanks. I guess I'll wait to see what the dart heads look like when I get them off the motor. if they even need a valve job I dont think I'm going to bother with them. I can deal with the extra 50lbs or so from cast heads since it's nothing more than a truck to toy around in but if I can get a few hundred bucks for the darts fully dressed with guideplates and rockers I'll put the cash towards my 69's aftermarket block.
