86 IRoc with idle problems (With Videos!)

I have an 86 Iroc z 305 TPI Auto. It is giving me problems with the idle. I think it is the TPS but i don't want to just start replacing random parts. The car when warm will idle about 750 or it should. It has been jumping to about 1000 - 1500. When i shift into Reverse or Drive it will jump down to 750. If i go from Reverse or Drive into Neutral it will jump up to 1500-1000. When it is 1500 i don't want to shift into Drive and just rip the crap out of my tranny so i have to wait. Sucks when pulling out of a parking spot. Below i have 3 videos, one of the idle sticking, one of it when i shift into gear, the last one is the choppy idle i get sometimes.

Please help! Thanks!

That engines sounds fine. These gauges aren't worth a crap. The last video shows how inconsistent it's running.
