Can I use self aligning rockers with guides and how tight shoild the pushrod be in tue guide? I tryed to put the pushrods I have in and the drag on the guides pretty good so could I just take a file and open them up a little?

Re: pushrod guides?

No you absolutely CANNOT do that.

Use ONE method or THE OTHER; but not BOTH. Pick one, do away with the other.

No sense in destroying your parts just to preserve a mismatch.

Re: pushrod guides?

Yup, best way to go... get non-SA rockers.
