Cam and lower end is already in the car actually. The build sheet says
Comp 268h degreed and installed at straight up position"
So I'm guessing that's a yes lol.

Curious. What is the vett T/C rated at??. Of course there are way too many variables to take any rating as gospel.

Do keep the posts coming in a build thread. These one Dave should make you smile awhile.

"Should" stall around 2300, and on cold non sticky tires with the motor the way it is I had tried it, and seemed to be around 2200, which tells me on sticky tires and the motor a little healthier its actually going to be a bit higher then that. I'm going to dig through my paperwork today, the previous owner had a local builder do the trans last year, and the guy is very known locally for some stout and reliable OD trans builds. When the old owner dropped it off he just requested that it be built to handle a ton of HP and be very drivable, but wasn't sure about the converter and had told me he thought they went with the vette one. But after being under the car it looks like B&M blue to me, I know the color means zip, but based on the stall I'm wondering if it isn't an after market converter, so I'm going to see what I have on paper to verify. The tranny felt amazing on the short drive I had a couple weeks back.
