Engine: 350 bored .040 over

Transmission: 700r4

Axle/Gears: 3.73

Rear noises???

I jus recently started hearin some strange grinding noises from the rear, but don't kno where to start, but it only makes these harsh grinding noises whenever I'm n reverse? Plz help..wats making these noise, is it my u-joint?
