Do these spark plugs look ok?

I've been having a problem with a hesitation, figured I'd pull the plugs and check them out. They look okay to me, some seem to be wet though while others are dry. I know it's tough to tell in the pictures, just wondering if anything stands out. Thanks.

Since I have them out anyway, I'm going to replace them - sort of a PITA to replace them with the headers.

Any recommendations on what to gap the new plugs? I had these gapped at 0.040.
