camaro rs v6 91

my water pump went bad. in the process of removing it
removed the power steering pump to get that bracket off. so i can get the rest of the pump bolts, ive removed all the bolts from the front of that bracket and it seems like it should come off but it doesnt, am i missing something? the resivour for the power steering pump is loose except for the bolt on the back side of it, but isnt attached to that bracket. is there another bolt behind that. i cant find where its still bolted down too
