Okay sometimes a man has to admit when he's in over his head and I am. I built this 383 monster and it's been more of a PITA than I can stand. I can't tune it right (have all of Moades stuff, tuner pro rt ect.) NOW I have a crank case that's pressurized and the PCV system is fine. SO its rings or a Head gasket. I think it's the latter. I can't sell it with a clear conscious as is, and trying to learn how to tune the SOB is just too much. So when I have it apart, I'm going to switch it. Man this makes me so angry.

So I'm going with what I know. An Intake and Carb and no ECM. Basic gear head 101. That said, what do I have to do to convert this thing from Fuel injection to a basic motor with an intake and carb?

I have a new billet distributor. Can I still run the electric fuel pump and what is involved here? Torque converter lock up? How do I sort out what to do with the wiring harness?

Thoughts and suggestions. Anyone want a new Stealth Ram Setup let me know.

If your going to pay to replace those parts, use that money to have someone tune it for you and pick their brain to learn from them.

Simple-right??.
