Failed Smog Test Need Advice
So I went to get my car Smog I live in California and I have changed everything so far to make sure my car is good for emission testing the only things that were off was my timing and Catalytic Converter the guy said thats why i failed but he also said that my fuel purge system isnt working is this true? here are the results for what the system was reading

If he says its not working then he's probably right. We wouldnt know if its true without seeing your car in person.
Is it a carb, tbi, or tpi? Have you changed the catalytic converter to a new one? And yes your timing needs to be set to factory specs. That depends on the engine it has.

Ok Yes i bought the Converter the only one available was a Magnaflow it is 305 TPI i also fixed timing the thing is i took it to a muffle shop and they said the cat was still good bbut they can be wrong i will get another pre test again today
