Rough idle, when you give throttle almost dies

I have a 91 camaro with a 5.7L TBI installed, i recently acquired the car through somebody and drove it 45 min home, and haven't been able to get it to run right sense. When i drove it the car was pinging when you'd give it full throttle.

These are the things i've done to it since i've had it

New battery
New Starter
New distributor
New plugs
New MSD 8.5 Wires
New battery cables

I was working on it yesterday and was able to get it to idle but it was really rough, and when you'd pull throttle it would try to die and it looked like fresh oil had gone down on top of the header and wire boot on passenger side.... here's pics it also sounds like there is a vacuum leak any ideas?

Its hard to say but looks like someone just had the valve cover off and maybe adjusted the lifters. You should run a compression test and double check the block number. If this is infant a 350 the injectors would need to be changed to 55#hr and the computers prom would need to be changed as well as the esc module and knock sensor. Start with the basic mechanical first and go from there.

I've had the car for a month and the valve covers haven't been moved and that oil wasn't there could it be from the pcv valve? and i don't know a whole lot about throttle body injection but isn't there just two injectors on top?
