Problems with Engine at full throttle

Whats up guys, im new to this forum so sorry if im posting in the wrong place or doing something wrong, but anyway i got a 89 rs V6, 5speed and sometimes when its at full throttle the engine feels like it cuts off and starts going again, im thinking it might be the fuel filter and it could be dirty so its not letting much fuel go to the engine, or maybe the spark plugs not firing correctly anyone have any other ideas what it might be?

Yeah, check the tune up parts. Also check the fuel pressure, you can rent a tester at Auto-zone or advance auto. The connection is at the back near the distributor, spec is 35-42 psi w/ engine running, 40-45psi when engine is off, it should hold it for awhile too.
