I picked up an lt1 inbtake manifold and a spare throttle body for it at the junkyard, what can be done with it for cheap? it doesn't have the injectors or fuel rail-just the aluminum intake with throttle body... i like my tpi but i had to get this just in case i move up to a 350 or 383 anytime soon (i have 305 now )

You'd spend more to modify the intake then buying an aftermarket one.

Sell it for scrap metal, or start modifying it for coolant cross over and a dizzy.

Personally I wouldn't worry about having an LT1 intake just yet for just in case I end up with a bigger motor. I'd just put it on Craigslist and try to make a buck or two from it. Don't want to rain on your parade but if you are still working with the 305 and wanting to go bigger I'd put my money into another motor. Once you are there and you want a better intake then you should be looking at this type of thing if not just going with an aftermarket bolt-on setup.
