355 rebuild thoughts

So i picked up a chevelle so the turbo motor is going in that instead.

I have my previous budget 355 engine laying around. It has vortec heads but im on a looser budget now. Although i have way too many projects!

Im looking at this for the new build...

355ci
10.8:1 compression
Victor jr
750dp
314hr .600/.600, 252/252 @.050, 110lsa,106icl
Edelbrock e 210 heads
Harland sharp 1.5 rrs
Hooker super comps
4k stall, th350, 4.10s
Weight 3100 with driver
All on 93 pump

What do you guys think? Im thinking i could manage 450 to 475hp and run low 11s with this setup.
