So i have a 91 camaro 5.0 manual. I replaced the block and when i was ready to start she wouldnt cranck or click. I checked battery , battery cables, and starter; they checked out good. I replaced starter switch and cheked the voltage on purple cable going to starter and only have 5 volts. Also when i turned the key i dont hear the fuel pump. I wonder if its the key switch... please help.. thankx

 

There is only one IGN switch that has power through it which is located at the base of the steering column; is that the one you replaced?
If not, possible that is faulty and not passing power or has no power to it
