Since this is a soft fault and goes away, it makes me lean toward a fuel issue meaning running lean/rich. My 84 did this until I got the carb tuned properly after a rebuild First, if you don't have one, get a reader to read the codes it's throwing. Other than that, replace the 02 sensor. They are cheap and easy to replace and can . Second, make sure your EGR isn't clogged. Finally, make sure that your CAT isn't clogged. Any one of these can lead to this code at idle. As the RPM's wind up the engine burns the fuel cleaner, clearing the code.
Also make sure that your injectors are pushing the right amount of fuel because that can cause a lean/rich condition. Alternately, a MAP/MAF sensor or one of the other sensors could be going bad. All in all, it sounds like something rather minor is causing the light, just need to nail down what it might be.

I have tried the code reader but, it does not read any code , in the past year I have replaced the O2 sensor , EGR valve and the CAT just past Smog regulations, this leads me to believe it might be MAP/MAF sensor or the injectors might have to cleaned or replaced.
