comp cams xfi 268 and 113 heads
I'm in process of building 350 and need help with the heads. I have already purchased a used set of 113 heads and comp cams hyd roller 268 xfi cam. I need help determining what valve springs to run. Can I use the comp cams 918 beehive springs without machine work to the heads? If not what needs to be done? Is there a better/cheaper way to handle lift of this cam? Trying to do this on a budget with least amount of work possible. BTW I plan on running stock rocker arms with 1.5 ratio instead of the 1.6 the cam is rated at.

I think maximum lift on 113's without machining is .525
The XFI with 1.5 rockers is more than that.

Yea I just checked and there is a good chance it will hit the guides.
Besides that is a lot of lift for those heads
