89 IROC-Z Z-28 no power to injectors HELP HELP HELP!!!

Okay i'll try to explain this as good as I can and what i've done so far. I bought a 1989 Camaro IROC-Z Z-28 5.7(350)TPI, only knowing it needed a fuel pump, so changed the fuel pump, and plugged the pump assembly into the wiring harness outside of the tank to test it and the fuel level sending unit started to smoke. so I unpluged it and then tested the voltage in the fuel pump wiring connector from the car harness, with the key on start postion it was 14 volts pretty much a constint power. so i followed the wire to the drivers side kick panle and found a wire sliced into a wire from the fuse box, so I cut it. then went back to the fuel pump harness connector and tested again and had a low level of power then move the fuel sending unit flote and power level went up, which meant it was getting the right power and working correctly, then I hook up the pump into the tank and mounted the tank, So then I could start the car and it ran but there was a miss on the whole drivers side bank on the engine cylinders 1,3,5,7, so I checked for spark had spark at distribtor and end of wire and end of spark plug. anyway i have spark. so i noid test the injectors no power on the injectors for the same cylinders 1,3,5,7. I have spark power to the other cylinders 2,4,6,8. So I go and check fuses inj1, and inj2/FP, Both are good. Then I took out fuse inj1 and turned over the car no fire. i then put it back in. Then I took out fuse inj2/FP and turned over the car. Then put it back in and checked all the fuses again and inj2/FP fuse was blown, I change it to a new one and then I lost power to all the injectors. I have spark at the end of all the spark plugs. But have no power at the injectors. I can spray starting flued into the intake and it with run on the spray. I changed the Igniton mogule, and got a used ECM and used my chip, and still the same. I'm at my last of my abiltiys please any help, advice, feedback. HELP HELP sorry about the spelling.

So you have 2 blown fuses now?
Have you checked for a ground in the output side of the fuses ?

You might start a new thread this one’s old and dead. Could have a vats issue if you have spark and power to injectors but no pulse or bad icm.
