fixing filler neck

Engine: 5.7 L98
Transmission: 700 r4
Axle/Gears: 3.27
fixing filler neck

Any advice or idea's on how to make the filler neck completely sealed? I mean my L98 350 eats enough gas as it is I don't really feel like wasting money on the ground!
