serpentine kit
i have a small block 327 engine ,and i want to do away with the v-belts and go with the serpentine kit ,now my question is will i jave to buy new or is there another engine that the serpentine kit will fit my 327,and if so what make and model and year ,thanks for any help or info that anybody can give

I don't know about a direct bolt on to a 327(an engine last installed in early build '69 cars-accessory holes on the heads could be different)but you could salvage the parts for the swap from an '88-~'95 SBC or 90*v6 chevy car such as thirdgen ,caprice or possibly light truck.If you want to omit the smog pump or A/C,you could just get the important pulleys and the water pump and custom fab the rest of the setup if you have the capability

The factory style heads from an "original" style 327 from the 60's won't have the mounting holes for the serpentine set up. If you have modern heads (anything after 1980 or after market), then you'll have the mount holes and you can swap in the serpentine set up.
