Hey all first time posting got an issue i need help zeroing in on. car ran great a couple days ago i popped the hood the other day checked the fluids and cleaned out some of the dirt that was in and around the engine and now it seems like i have a missfire my tach is bouncing im low on power it shakes like its got a heavy in cam in at idle. plugs, cap and rotor are all new, wires looked new when i got it could that be it though?or is it something in the distributor? Thanks in advance.

 

SMOOTH loping idle? Or rough loping idle?

Smooth lope is probably a vacuum leak...

Static fuel pressure test, with pressure leakdown time is probably in order too...
