Thank you for all your help. I'll start running wires tomorrow. Checking continuity won't help because whatever is happening is intermittent so the probability of having continuity is 50/50 depending on what mood the car is in.
I'll just start checking and chasing wires at the metro pak to components first then depending on the results, go from the metro pak to the fuse box.

Make sure the battery is properly connected.. + & - cables clean and good shape

also check the + terminal at the radiator core support. (next to the battery) this is the connection for the ECU and other key elements such at the headlights. (battery hot)

before you tear apart the builkhead fitting check this first. make sure the post, nut and terminals are clean.. and apply vasoline or dialectric grease to protect them. these terminal also have fusbile links. so make sure all is well.

the OEM did a good job greasing the bulkhead and it's pretty darn water proof.

The + terminal at the radiator not so much.

I had a stroke 2 years ago and have seizures especially when I over do or become overwhelmed mentally so I'll start back on it maybe next week or so due to seizures last night.
I'll let you know what I find.
