Engine: 350 in both
Transmission: Auto in both
Axle/Gears: 3:23 Limited Slip in both
Vortec Center Bolt Valve Covers
Hi! Does anyone know if the Center Bolt Valve Cover (part # 12555270) for a Vortec will fit our third gen V8s? It sure looks the same. Thanx!

Centerbolt heads can fit centerbolt valve covers. Regardless of what name was emblazoned across it.

I guess I was asking since the GM part number was different than mine. Made me question it. Of couse the different part number might be due to the fact that it is Black where as mine is silver. Thank you!

Yeah GM does some weird stuff here and there. But fortunately valve covers are pretty standardized.
