My Camaro sat for 2 days while I was doing from brakes on my impala. I went out yesterday and fired the Camaro up and it was idling really rough and low, figured it was cold and wasn't driven so I needed to warm it up. Well that was two days ago and it still hasn't changed. She was running perfect when I parked her, idled smooth, no bogs or odd feelings. But noe when its idling, its idling around 500 rpm, shakes a little, and has a weird backfiring sound as I'm cruising. But the odd thing is, after like 750 rpm. It goes back to normal and drives perfect besides a slight hesitation when I go WOT. suggestions?

 

try to tighten the carb to intake to head bolts more.

 

Sound like a vacuum leak? I almost got some carb cleaner from work but didn't understand how a leak could come about so fast.

 

Found it. My air bleeds were too tight some how. Adjusted them out and I got my car back. Weird
